Hey everyone!!
As you may have gathered already…..my name is Chloë. Butcher by day, Honoré by night. I live in London with my rock star husband, Peter Honoré and two beautiful daughters, Esmeralda and Gertie-Boo.
I have been a make-up artist for ten years and have been lucky enough to travel the world, paint the faces of some incredible people and work with some fantastic magazines, celebrities and artists.
‘Oh So Chloë’ was born, not only from a love of what I do, but because I am always being asked how to create certain looks, what my tips & tricks are and what it is like to work as a make-up artist. I wanted to give you a little insight to the fashion and beauty industry and tell you all about my favourite products.

Hi I live and work in Japan, and I first saw you on Perez, and became a fan very quickly. Your videos are fantastic and very helpful.
I do have a question, as you probably know Japan is very humid, and the make up around my mouth seems to come off very quickly, I don’t use a lot and I’ve tried various things to no avail so far. If you have any tips or miracle products you could recommend I would be very grateful. As I said I don’t wear a lot around that area, however I’m very white so when it does come off you can really notice. Thank you in advance Melanie.

HHmmmmm sounds like you a need a real super staying foundation that doesn’t budge. Have you tried L`Oreal’s Infallible Foundation with Brush? It’s hardcore!! I wear it quite a bit and even agter a good 12 hours it simply hasn’t moved! It is meant to last up to 24 hours….but I haven’t tried it for that long yet!!
Also, applying a foundation first and perhaps a fixing spray afterwards would really help.
